Hi! I’m stacy Anderson

I am a celiac who lived many years eating gluten and being exposed to it without even knowing. I, like most individuals who have gluten issues, suffered from a long list of health issues. After many years of failed Western medicine attempts, I knew there must be an answer somewhere. This yearning to find a way back to health, drove me to learn more by registering in Nutrition School.

As a result of my own health journey, I have become a Gluten Free Expert. I want to help you take control of your nutrition by showing you how to make choices that fuel your body, allowing you to live a healthy and happy life.

I am here to share my journey, my lessons, my knowledge, and my struggles with others.
